At such a sad time it was a great comfort to us all to have all the practical details taken out of our hands, and dealt with so warmly and unobtrusively.

I was not looking forward to dealing with the wheelchair which apart from its weight it is also difficult to get into a boot of a motor car. I need not have concerned myself, on both the journey there and back one of your employees took these chores on himself leaving me free to assist my wife into and out of the vehicle.

Your thoughtfulness and attention to detail at this time were greatly appreciated, and allowed the family to concentrate on the ceremony instead of having to worry about the formalities

We would like to thank you for the sympathetic manner in which you handled the proceedings on the 24th July. We were extremely impressed with the meticulous organisation which we could not fault at any stage. We feel sure that mum would have been pleased!

Our family were very appreciative of the service offered. It was particularly helpful to have the use of the lounge after the service as this enabled us to meet with auntie’s friends and neighbours. The refreshments were ideal for the occasion.
