Please be aware that we are only able to accept visitors who have made appointments in advance. However, paperwork and donations can be posted through our letterbox.

If dropping off or picking up items such as clothing, loved one’s ashes or personal effects, please telephone 01384 395048 upon arrival and we will collect from or bring to your vehicle, whilst observing social distancing.

When donating to Black Country Food Bank, please place items in our porch and ring the bell for attention. We’ll come out and pick up your donations in a socially distanced way.
