And because we’re available 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week there will always be someone on hand to provide verification.
Please also bear in mind that no member of our team will ever feel offended if you ask them to wait whilst you establish their identity. Please take as much time as you need.
We also find using ID cards is helpful when carrying out collections at hospitals, care homes, and hospices.
